My sister and I have a headcanon that Jane is Belle and the Beast’s grandaughter.
and I think this further proves our point…
Which would explain why she understand Tarzan, he sort of reminds me of Beast in attitude…. he is sort of a Beast… hmmm. I like your headcanon.
I agree. Professor Porter said that she got her wild stories from her mother. Belle had wild stories, which turned out to be true, just like Jane’s story about Tarzan was true.
This must be shared, with EVERYONE!

Belle is French and Jane is English.
it’s not completely out of the realm if jane is belle’s granddaughter though, seeing as france is practically the uk’s next door neighbour. belle and beast might’ve had a child who migrated to england and married an englishman/woman and then had jane.
Bettie Page was a pin-up model in the 1950s. She quit the business and started a religious path in life. Sometime in the late 1960s - early 1970s her life started to fall apart. She had several violent episodes and was diagnosed schizophrenic.
During the height of her popularity and resurgence in the 1980s and 1990s, she was serving time in a mental home for multiple stabbings where she was found legally insane. She left mental facilities in 1992, never knowing of her popularity until a few years before her death in 2008.

I was always told that a Shakespearean tragedy basically boils down to “Everyone stab the person to your left.” This is a little more precise.
